By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. 777sign.com reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.
 
You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.

This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of 777sign.com and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as "777sign.com") or the copyrighted property of parties from whom 777sign.com has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Use. 777sign.com reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice. The logo design tools provided on this Site employ a limited number of elements, including icons, fonts, color schemes, and design effects. 777sign.com reserves the right to use all such elements and to make all such elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual logo design elements through your creation of a logo design and/or your incorporation of a logo design into one or more products. Other 777sign.com customers may use the design tools to create logos that have similar or identical combinations of these elements and 777sign.com does not guarantee that your logo will not have similarities to logos designed and used by other parties. 777sign.com provides no warranty of any kind that logo designs created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, the trademark or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether the logo design is legally available for your use and does not infringe the rights of another party.
 
Use of Site: You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content for the sole purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services solely through 777sign.com (referred to herein as "Products"). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from 777sign.com does not entitle you to use any portion of Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by 777sign.com. You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use and with your local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations. Without limitation, no portion of Content may be utilized as a trademark or service mark, for any pornographic use, for any unlawful purpose or use, to defame any person, to violate any person's right of privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark or other intellectual property right of any person or entity. You agree that you will not use the Site to produce Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious or otherwise objectionable. 777sign.com may terminate its service to customers found to be using 777sign.com to engage in undesirable activities. You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorize 777sign.com to produce the Products on your behalf.
 

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by JW Media Solutions is sold as­-is without any guarantee. Products will constantly change and upgrade. All Hardware will not be replaced/fixed if broken past warranty date of purchase. Opening up products with intentions of modifying/fixing parts will void all warranties. All equipment that is not used incorrectly will not be refunded. By making a purchase with 777sign, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy. All Sales Final.


Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order you have placed with 777sign, you must contact customer support by email: (jw777sign@gmail.com) or by phone (702-405-7777). This must be done before the file is sent to the printer. The order status will determine if the product is next in queue for printing. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet printedWhen contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item.

In order to cancel your order: 

Contact JW Media and request to cancel. Have your account number ready. Once your account has been cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email.

Delivery / Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to update and revise these Shipping Policy and Guidelines without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. Please make sure that you review it frequently as anytime you place an order with 777sign the current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply.

If your order is produced at a 777sign facility that is close to your location, you may be able to either pick up your order or take advantage of our local delivery service option. 

777sign ships all packages via UPS or FEDEX. Our standard shipping level is Ground, but you may elect to use an alternative method of shipping during the ordering process. Our shipping charges are based on the rates charged by UPS/FEDEX as they may vary from time to time. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Please contact our shipping department for more information regarding Saturday shipping. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the print products to our shipping carrier. If you elect to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) take possession of the order. If you take advantage of our local delivery option, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) accept delivery, or when we leave the order if delivery without a signature has been authorized.

Unfortunately, we cannot use a customer's personal account with UPS/FEDEX or any other carrier.

The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that although we make an effort to meet the estimated delivery times, because we use a third party shipping service we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.

Same-Day Printing is available during 9am-12pm PST. All orders after 12pm, will be finished Next Day. All orders are completed within a 24-48hr period.

If you select a shipping service level other than UPS/FEDEX Ground the delivery date will correspond to the service level chosen. Again, the delivery date does not include the day of pickup. If you select 3 Day Select, 2nd Air Day, Next Day Air, or some other UPS/FEDEX special delivery level (or their equivalent) this means that UPS/FEDEX is guaranteeing its shipping service within the time period selected. Note that only these special accelerated shipping services are guaranteed by UPS/FEDEX within the UPS/FEDEX time frames given. UPS/FEDEX Ground is NOT guaranteed to deliver within the estimated arrival time.

Your estimated shipping time is in addition to the order turnaround time you selected during the order process. Add the turnaround time and estimated shipping time together to estimate the actual delivery date. Click here for the turnaround time choices.

If you have dated or time sensitive material please plan accordingly; leave plenty of time to receive your order. We strongly suggest that in such circumstances you do not rely on UPS/FEDEX Ground delivery.

Because UPS/FEDEX does not ship to a Post Office box, it is your responsibility to verify that an actual street address has been entered, and that it is the correct and accurate address (including zip code) for your delivery. We strongly recommend that you include a telephone contact number in your shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays, losses or increased delivery charges caused by mistaken or incorrect delivery addresses.

Please verify that your payment information has been correctly entered. Shipments may be delayed because of improper credit card information and we are not responsible for any delay or loss associated with this.

Holidays may affect and delay your shipping times. Please take holidays into account when estimating your package delivery time.

If a package is not delivered due to a customer refusal (which would include a failure to pick up the product from UPS/FEDEX, if applicable) or an error made by the customer, e.g., not submitting the proper shipping address, it may cause the package to be reshipped (with the corrected address if applicable), and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for this reshipment. You may also incur additional fees as a result of the inability of UPS/FEDEX to deliver the order, as well as return fees. Even if you decline to have a product reshipped, you will continue to be responsible for the product cost, original shipping and any additional fees incurred as a result of the product being returned, and you consent to these fees being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.

Color Quality:
JW Media guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor. JW Media is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output.
 
Payment:
All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars. Products have a minimum charge for all printed items. 777sign.com/JW Media presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.
 
 
Return Policy
Orders are nonrefundable more than 30 days after date of purchase.
For orders shipped via Flat Rate or UPS/FEDEX Ground, we will issue a full refund for returned products. Shipping fees for return of the merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Items being returned must be in original packaging in new condition for a full credit to be issued. A copy of the invoice must be included with any returned items. Please send any returns to our address printed on your invoice with indication of reason for return. Please e-mail with any questions you may have about returns.
30-Day Return Policy does not apply to pick-up orders, international orders or repeat customers.
777sign.com/JW Media will not refund shipping for packages refused by the customer, and these orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. International shipments that are refused will be treated as abandoned and will not be refunded.
 
Warranty/Exchanges
No warranty & exchanges for orders 30 days after date of purchase. Shipping fees and difference in price are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty only covers 30 days after purchase, after the 30 days has past, the warranty is void. Items being exchanged/returned must be in original packaging in new condition for a full credit to be issued. If said item is out of stock or no longer available after 30 days, said item cannot be exchanged/returned and warranty is void. A copy of the invoice must be included with any returned items. Please send any returns to our address printed on your invoice with indication of instructions for exchange. Please e-mail with any questions you may have about exchanges. 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy does not apply to pick-up orders or repeat customers.
