Acceptance of Terms
Refund Policy: There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by 777 Sign is sold as-is without any guarantee. Products will constantly change and upgrade. For all the products (including printing products), once the products are used, there will be no refunds/replacement/reprint for any reason, the same-day fee is not refundable. 777Sign will not reprint or refund any order due to the file customer's own file having the issue or color match required. All Hardware will not be replaced/fixed if broken past the 5 day Grace period (after receiving the product). Opening up products with intention of modifying/fixing parts will void all warranties. All equipment that is not used incorrectly will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the received product has quality problems, and all quality problem products must be notified to us within five days grace period if they need to be returned / reprint / replace. By making a purchase with 777sign, you are confirming that you have read and understood our no refund policy. All Sales Final, any hardware/print after pack and ready for pick up / shipped when canceling / refund/return will be applied 20% restocking fee.
For store pick up orders, please make sure check the quality before sign the pick up policy, once the order has been picked up from the fatcory, 777sign will not provide any reprint or refund / replacement for any quantily issue.If you believe the item we provide to you are wrong size or model, please do not use the item and bring back to us next business day for exchange, the items must in good condition.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order you have placed with 777sign, you must contact customer support by email: (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (702-754-5052). This must be done before the file is sent to the printer. The order status will determine if the product is next in queue for printing. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet printed. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item. Any later than 3 business days return, will not be refunded, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
Delivery / Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to update and revise these Shipping Policy and Guidelines without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. Please make sure that you review it frequently as anytime you place an order with 777sign the current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply.
Repackaging or upgrade shipping will charge $15 for the service fee. All replacement will be sent as the shipping method shows on invoice any upgrade will be on customer own cost.If your order is produced at a 777 sign facility that is close to your location, you may be able to either pick up your order or take advantage of our local delivery service option.
777sign ships all packages via UPS or FEDEX. Our standard shipping level is Ground, but you may select to use an alternative method of shipping during the ordering process. Our shipping charges are based on the rates charged by FEDEX as they may vary from time to time. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Please contact our shipping department for more information regarding Saturday shipping since pricing for Satuday delivery change drastically. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the print products to our shipping carrier. If you elect to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss / damage will transfer to you when you (or your agent) take possession of the order. If you take advantage of our local delivery option, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) accept delivery, or when we leave the order if delivery without a signature has been authorized.

If you select a shipping service level other than UPS/FEDEX Ground the delivery date will correspond to the service level chosen. Again, the delivery date does not include the day of pickup. If you select 3 Day Select, 2nd Air Day, Next Day Air, or some other UPS/FEDEX special delivery level (or their equivalent) this means that UPS/FEDEX is guaranteeing its shipping service within the time period selected. Note that only these special accelerated shipping services are guaranteed by UPS/FEDEX within the UPS/FEDEX time frames given. UPS/FEDEX Ground is NOT guaranteed to deliver within the estimated arrival time. If there is any shipping damage, 777sign does not take any responsibility for it, because the shipping delivery is not in our control, we can not stop or prevent it happen.

If you have dated or time sensitive material please plan accordingly; leave plenty of time to receive your order. We strongly suggest that in such circumstances you do not rely on UPS/FEDEX Ground delivery. Because UPS/FEDEX does not ship to a Post Office box, it is your responsibility to verify that an actual street address has been entered, and that it is the correct and accurate address (including zip code) for your delivery. We strongly recommend that you include a telephone contact number in your shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays, losses or increased delivery charges caused by mistaken or incorrect delivery addresses.
Please verify that your payment information has been correctly entered. Shipments may be delayed because of improper credit card information and we are not responsible for any delay or loss associated with this.
Holidays may affect and delay your shipping times. Please take holidays into account when estimating your package delivery time.If a package is not delivered due to a customer refusal (which would include a failure to pick up the product from UPS/FEDEX, if applicable) or an error made by the customer, e.g., not submitting the proper shipping address, it may cause the package to be reshipped (with the corrected address if applicable), and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for this reshipment. You may also incur additional fees as a result of the inability of UPS/FEDEX to deliver the order, as well as return fees. Even if you decline to have a product reshipped, you will continue to be responsible for the product cost, original shipping and any additional fees incurred as a result of the product being returned, and you consent to these fees being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.

Terms of Service
777 Sign guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor. 777 Sign is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output. *We are not offering any color match service*
All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars. Products have a minimum charge for all printed items. 777sign.com presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.
Return PolicyOrders are nonrefundable more than 5 days after date of received.
For orders shipped via Flat Rate or UPS/FEDEX Ground, we will issue a full refund for returned products that has factory defective. Shipping fees for return of the merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Items being returned must be in original packaging in new condition for a full credit to be issued. A copy of the invoice must be included with any returned items. Please send any returns to our address printed on your invoice with indication of reason for return. Please e-mail with any questions you may have about returns. If you received the wrong item(s), in order to get the correct replacement, please contact 777sign and we will provide you the return / reship label once the wrong item(s) ship back to us or reshipped, we will send the replacement in the same time as well.
777sign.com will not refund shipping for packages refused by the customer, and these orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. International shipments that are refused will be treated as abandoned and will not be refunded.
No warranty & exchanges for orders 5 days after date of purchase. Shipping fees and difference in price are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty only covers 5 days after purchase, after the 5 days has past, the warranty is void. The warranty agreement does not include any damage or loss due to weather. Contact 777 Sign Staff and request to cancel. Have your account number ready. Once your order has been canceled, we will send you a confirmation email. Also, the return label must be active in 3 business days starting from the day that label has been provided to the customer.
