Terms & Conditions

Effective Date

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of May 15, 2026. By accessing www.777sign.com, creating an account, placing an order, uploading artwork, approving a proof, picking up an order, or using any service provided by 777 SIGN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

777 SIGN reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Wholesale-Only Business Policy

777 SIGN operates as a business-to-business wholesale trade printer. Our products, pricing, and services are intended for qualified businesses, resellers, print professionals, and industry-related customers only.

777 SIGN reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion. We may request proof of business operation, resale activity, business registration, resale certificate, or other verification documents before approving or maintaining an account.

777 SIGN reserves the right to refuse service, reject orders, close accounts, or cancel transactions involving abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, chargeback abuse, misuse of our website, violation of company policies, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to our business, staff, customers, or operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of this website, all products and services offered by 777 SIGN, and all transactions placed through www.777sign.com.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines, restrictions, product rules, or policies posted on this website. All additional posted guidelines, restrictions, and rules are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

You also agree that 777 SIGN may provide legal notices, order notices, production updates, and other communications electronically by posting them on our website or by sending them to the email address provided during registration or order placement.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be submitted through the official 777 SIGN online ordering system. 777 SIGN does not guarantee acceptance of emailed instructions, verbal requests, text messages, handwritten notes, or third-party communications regarding order specifications, artwork changes, cancellations, production instructions, or shipping modifications.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise approved in writing by 777 SIGN. All prices and dollar amounts shown on this website are in United States dollars. 777 SIGN may accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available through the website. We reserve the right to stop accepting any payment method at any time.

777 SIGN reserves the right to reject, cancel, hold, or delay any order for payment verification, fraud review, identity verification, account review, file concerns, production concerns, or any other reason deemed necessary by 777 SIGN.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate before submission, including but not limited to product type, size, quantity, material, finishing options, shipping method, shipping address, billing information, uploaded artwork, and proof approval.

4. Customer Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for all submitted artwork, layouts, text, spelling, grammar, dimensions, bleeds, margins, cut lines, transparency effects, overprints, image quality, file setup, and final production readiness.

777 SIGN does not provide artwork review, graphic design verification, proofreading, spell-checking, legal review, file correction, or printability guarantees unless specifically agreed to in writing. Customers must supply print-ready files.

Recommended file setup includes CMYK color mode, proper bleed, embedded fonts or outlined text, high-resolution artwork, correct sizing, and proper vector cut paths when required. Cut lines, contour lines, and specialty finishing paths must be set up correctly by the customer according to the applicable product requirements.

777 SIGN is not responsible for issues caused by customer-submitted files, including but not limited to low-resolution artwork, RGB files, incorrect sizing, missing bleeds, incorrect cut lines, rasterized text, missing fonts, hidden layers, incorrect overprint settings, transparency issues, corrupted files, incorrect orientation, or any other artwork-related error.

Online previews, browser previews, thumbnails, and automated previews are for general positioning reference only. They do not represent actual print quality, resolution, sharpness, color accuracy, material texture, or final production output.

5. Color Policy

777 SIGN prints using industry-standard CMYK production processes. Color matching is not guaranteed.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that printed colors may vary from screen displays, mobile devices, previous orders, proofs, samples, Pantone colors, RGB values, HEX values, and customer expectations. Different materials, printers, ink sets, coatings, laminates, lighting conditions, and production batches may produce different color appearances.

777 SIGN does not guarantee exact color matching between reorders or between different products and materials. Minor color variation, density shifts, gradient banding, ink behavior, or normal production tolerance shall not be considered defects.

Because monitor settings and display devices vary, 777 SIGN cannot guarantee that the actual printed product will match any preview as it appears on a customer's monitor, phone, tablet, or other electronic display.

6. Proofs & Production Approval

If a proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to review all specifications carefully before approval. Proof approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the layout, size, quantity, material, finishing selections, spelling, orientation, placement, and visible design elements.

Proofs are not intended for color matching, resolution verification, material simulation, texture simulation, or final print sharpness evaluation. Proofs are provided for general layout and specification review only.

Verbal approvals are not accepted. Production turnaround begins only after all required files, approvals, and payments have been received and processed.

Once an order is approved, uploaded, queued, processed, sent to production, or enters production, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Orders submitted through the website may automatically move into production after file upload completion or after the applicable system approval period. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details and files before the order proceeds to production.

7. Cancellation Policy

To request cancellation of an order, customers must contact 777 SIGN customer support by email at info@777sign.com or by phone at 702-754-5052. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Orders may only be canceled if 777 SIGN determines that the order has not been approved, uploaded, queued, processed, sent to production, printed, cut, finished, packaged, shipped, or otherwise started.

Once an order has entered any stage of production or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, refunded, modified, or placed on hold. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

Any approved cancellation may be subject to processing fees, restocking fees, payment processing fees, material costs, labor costs, or other charges already incurred by 777 SIGN.

8. Production Turnaround

Production turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Turnaround time begins only after all required files, payments, and proof approvals have been received and accepted by 777 SIGN.

Production timelines may be affected by file problems, equipment maintenance, material shortages, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, labor interruptions, high production volume, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

777 SIGN is not liable for missed deadlines, lost business opportunities, event losses, installation delays, labor costs, third-party scheduling conflicts, consequential damages, or any losses resulting from production or shipping delays.

Rush fees, expedited production fees, and same-day service fees are non-refundable once production has started or resources have been allocated.

9. Delivery / Shipping Policy

777 SIGN ships orders through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and other available carriers at our discretion. Available shipping methods may vary based on product type, destination, package size, carrier availability, and order requirements.

All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is released to the shipping carrier.

777 SIGN is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery commitments, weather disruptions, tracking interruptions, lost packages caused by carriers, shipment reroutes, carrier handling damage, or delivery issues after carrier acceptance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, monitoring tracking updates, inspecting shipments immediately upon arrival, preserving packaging materials when damage occurs, and cooperating with carrier claim requirements.

Signature-required delivery may be applied to high-value, oversized, or large-quantity orders at 777 SIGN's discretion. Shipping upgrades requested after order placement may require additional payment and approval. Customer-provided shipping labels may be refused.

10. Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for inspecting their orders before leaving the pickup location. Once an order has been picked up, signed for, or removed from the facility, the order is considered accepted.

777 SIGN is not responsible for damage, loss, mishandling, improper storage, weather exposure, or transportation issues occurring after local pickup.

Nevada sales tax may apply unless a valid resale certificate is provided, reviewed, and accepted by 777 SIGN.

11. Claims, Reprints & Defects

All claims for defects, shortages, shipping damage, production concerns, or order discrepancies must be submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

To evaluate a claim, customers may be required to provide photos, videos, batch labels, order information, packaging materials, carrier documentation, or return shipment of the product. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the denial of the claim.

777 SIGN reserves the right to determine whether an issue constitutes a production defect, file-related issue, customer error, shipping damage, normal production variance, or acceptable industry tolerance.

Approved claims may be resolved through reprint, repair, partial refund, full refund, or another solution determined solely by 777 SIGN. 777 SIGN reserves the right to require the return of affected products before issuing any replacement or refund.

Products showing signs of installation, use, modification, customer damage, weather exposure, improper handling, improper storage, or third-party alteration may not qualify for replacement, credit, or refund.

Under no circumstances shall 777 SIGN's liability exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

12. Refund & Return Policy

All products produced by 777 SIGN are custom-manufactured. Unless otherwise approved by 777 SIGN in writing, all sales are final.

777 SIGN does not provide refunds, replacements, or credits for customer-submitted artwork errors, spelling mistakes, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, incorrect product selection, color expectations, delayed deliveries caused by carriers, customer approval mistakes, low-resolution artwork, missed event dates, buyer remorse, installation damage, or third-party installation issues.

Any approved return, refund, or replacement shall be granted solely at 777 SIGN's discretion. Approved non-defective returns may be subject to restocking fees, shipping deductions, handling charges, return authorization requirements, or other applicable costs.

Unauthorized returns may be refused. Shipping fees, rush fees, same-day service fees, and expedited service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by 777 SIGN.

Hardware-only orders may be eligible for cancellation or refund only if canceled before shipping and before any special handling, packaging, or fulfillment has occurred. Approved hardware cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.

13. Large Banner Fold Lines and Visual Inspection Policy

Certain oversized banners and large-format products may be shipped folded due to their dimensions, product type, packaging requirements, and carrier restrictions. As a result, crease lines, bent marks, mirror marks, pressure marks, or minor surface impressions may occur during production, packaging, transit, or unpacking.

These cosmetic marks are a normal outcome of folded shipping and handling for large-format products and are not automatically considered defects.

Customers are required to inspect banners and large-format products from a standard viewing distance. If any crease, bent mark, mirror mark, or cosmetic imperfection cannot be clearly identified from a distance of fifteen (15) feet or more, it will be considered acceptable and within industry standards.

Reprints, refunds or replacements will not be issued for fold lines, surface marks, or cosmetic imperfections that are not visible from fifteen (15) feet away. Claims must meet this visibility standard to qualify for review.

By placing an order for large-size banners or folded large-format products, customers acknowledge and agree to this inspection requirement and accept that minor fold-related marks are not considered defects.

14. Warranty / Exchanges

Because 777 SIGN products are custom-manufactured, no general warranty or exchange is provided unless expressly approved in writing by 777 SIGN.

No warranty, exchange, refund, reprint, or credit is available for claims submitted more than five (5) calendar days after delivery or pickup.

777 SIGN does not warrant against damage or loss caused by weather, installation, misuse, improper storage, improper handling, customer modification, third-party installation, vandalism, transportation after pickup, or normal wear and tear.

15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact 777 SIGN directly and allow a reasonable opportunity for review and resolution before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, PayPal dispute, credit card dispute, or bank claim.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension, collection activity, legal action, refusal of future service, and submission of supporting documentation to the applicable financial institution or payment processor.

777 SIGN reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using order records, account records, uploaded files, proof approvals, production records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, IP records, payment records, and other relevant documentation.

Customers remain responsible for valid charges associated with completed production work, shipped orders, approved orders, or services already performed.

16. Copyright, Trademark & Customer-Submitted Content

Customers represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, text, designs, or other content submitted to 777 SIGN.

Customers agree not to upload, submit, or order any material that violates copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or any applicable law or regulation.

777 SIGN assumes no responsibility for reviewing or validating ownership rights, licensing rights, trademark permissions, copyright permissions, or legal use of customer-submitted artwork.

Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 777 SIGN, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, vendors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from customer-submitted artwork or content.

17. Copyrighted Materials for Limited Use

This website contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, product information, and other content owned by 777 SIGN or licensed to 777 SIGN. All rights in this website and its content are reserved.

It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, reproduce, modify, retain, or use any portion of this website content except as expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions or authorized in writing by 777 SIGN.

777 SIGN reserves the right to add, delete, modify, or update any website content at any time without prior notice.

18. Use of Site

Customers are granted permission to access and use this website solely for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services from 777 SIGN. No other use of the website or its content is authorized.

Customers agree to use this website responsibly and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, and applicable regulations.

Customers agree not to abuse the ordering system, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, scrape data without permission, misrepresent business information, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

777 SIGN may restrict, suspend, or terminate website access or account access at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions or for any reason deemed necessary by 777 SIGN.

19. Limitation of Liability

777 SIGN shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, installation costs, labor costs, event losses, reputation damages, third-party claims, incidental damages, or any damages beyond the amount paid for the specific affected order.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

20. Force Majeure

777 SIGN shall not be held liable for delays, non-performance, or failure to fulfill orders caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, power outages, equipment failures, material shortages, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, government actions, pandemics, cyber incidents, supply chain disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from transactions with 777 SIGN, use of this website, or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
