At 777Sign, we pride ourselves on adhering to high standards of materials and production processes. We still insist on offering free lamination for some products today because it adds thickness to the product, which can prevent deformation due to pulling and stretching during installation. It can also prevent the product from being completely scrapped due to a failed installation on a high temperature surface. This is one of the reasons why many customers choose our company. 

As for the most commonly used 13 oz. vinyl banners, the knit densities of the fabric can make a big difference in the banner's durability and deformation. While most of suppliers are using 500x500D or 800x800D vinyl banners, we've been insisting on using 1000x1000D for our customers. Unlike other eCommerce-natured resellers, we source all of our printing materials and display stands from manufacturers, and we even hold shares in some of these manufacturers to ensure that we can always offer the best prices to our customers while maintaining quality.
