777 SIGN Customer Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before creating your account.

By selecting "I Agree," creating an account, placing an order, uploading artwork, or approving a proof, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Customer Agreement, the 777 SIGN Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, FAQ, and all product-specific requirements.

1. Customer Responsibility

· I am responsible for verifying all order details, including product specifications, quantity, dimensions, materials, finishing options, shipping information, and artwork before submitting an order.

· I understand that all artwork must be print-ready. 777 SIGN prints files exactly as submitted and does not proofread, redesign, or correct customer artwork unless purchased as a separate service.

· I am responsible for all spelling, grammar, sizing, bleed, image resolution, fonts, outlines, cut paths, color settings, and overall file accuracy.

2. Color & Manufacturing

· I understand that commercial printing is produced using CMYK processes, and color matching is not guaranteed.

· Printed colors may vary from RGB, HEX, Pantone, monitors, previous orders, proofs, samples, or customer expectations.

· Minor variations in color, trimming, sewing, finishing, grommet placement, size, material, and overall appearance are normal manufacturing tolerances and are not considered defects.

3.Proof Approval

· If a proof is provided, I am responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, text, layout, dimensions, and order details before production.

· Proofs are for layout approval only and do not guarantee final printed color or material appearance.

4.Production & Shipping

· Production begins after payment, receipt of print-ready artwork, and any required approvals.

· All production times, shipping times, and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

· 777 SIGN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply shortages, equipment maintenance, or events beyond its reasonable control.

· Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once it has been released to the shipping carrier.

5.Order Changes, Returns & Claims

· Because all products are custom manufactured, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

· Returns, refunds, or reprints are not available for customer errors, approved artwork, color expectations, incorrect product selections, shipping delays, installation issues, or normal manufacturing tolerances.

· I agree to inspect my order immediately upon delivery or pickup and report any manufacturing defect within the claim period stated in the Terms & Conditions.

6.Intellectual Property

· I certify that I own or have permission to use all uploaded artwork and agree to indemnify and hold 777 SIGN harmless from any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims.

7.Limitation of Liability

· 777 SIGN's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

· 777 SIGN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages.

8.General Terms

· 777 SIGN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or account at its sole discretion.

· I agree to contact 777 SIGN before initiating any credit card, PayPal, or bank dispute to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue.

· My electronic acceptance of this agreement constitutes my legal signature and applies to all current and future orders placed under my account.

9.Customer Acknowledgement

By checking "I Agree", I acknowledge that:

· I have read and understand this Customer Agreement.

· I accept the 777 SIGN Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, FAQ, and all company policies.

· I understand that all products are custom manufactured.

· I understand that I am responsible for providing accurate, print-ready artwork.

· I understand that color matching is not guaranteed.

· I understand that turnaround and delivery dates are estimates only.

· I understand that orders cannot be changed or canceled after production begins.

· I understand and accept the return, refund, shipping, and claims policies.

· I understand that my electronic acceptance is legally binding.
